Timomatic is a singer-songwriter, record producer, dancer, choreograhper and even magician!

Tim was born in Nigeria and moved to Australia with his family when he was just 10 months old. From an early age performing was his passion.

“Coming from a musical family, I grew up singing and dancing,’ he said. “I remember I was about nine and we started a band with my brother and sisters and I was the percussionist.”

At high school he was nicknamed ‘Timomatic’ by his friends because of his much loved hip-hop dancing. He went on to attend music school and gained a Diploma in Entertainment, majoring in vocal training.

Tim rose to fame as a contestant on the TV show So You Think You Can Dance in 2009, and in 2011 he appeared as a contestant on Australia’s Got Talent. Later that year, he released his first single, “Set It Off” which reached number two on the ARIA Singles Chart and went four times platinum in Australia.

Tim has performed to global audiences and supported leading international artists on tour. In 2013 he returned to Australia’s Got Talent, as a popular panel judge. He has achieved wide acclaim in the music industry receiving numerous nominations and awards.
